Padma shri Suresh Ishwar Wadkar is an Indian playback singer. He is a Renowned playback singer for both Hindi and Marathi films. He has sung songs in some Bhojpuri Films too. He has a music school in Mumbai, India “Ajivasan” and also in New Jersey/New York, USA named as “Suresh Wadkar Music Academy” – where methodical training is given to students. He added a new chapter in his music life when he started the First Online Music teaching school “SWAMA” (Suresh Wadkar Ajivasan Music Academy) under Ace Open University. He has sung over 700+ songs in his playback singing journey.
In 1976, Suresh Wadkar won “the Madan Mohan Best Male Playback Singer Award at the Sur-Singer competition”. He is also a recipient of the 2004 Lata Mangeshkar Puraskar instituted by Madhya Pradesh government. He also “won the 2007 Maharashtra Pride Award” which is given by the government of Maharashtra to citizens of note.

Sadhana Sargam is an Indian singer known for her playback career in Indian cinema predominantly in Hindi, Bengali and Tamil language films. She is a recipient of “the National Film Award and Filmfare Awards South”. She has also won “five Maharashtra State Film Awards”. Her first released film was Subhash Ghai’s “Vidhaata”(1982) in which she sang the song “Saat Saheliyan”.
Sadhana Sargam made her playback debut in “Kanku Pagli”, a Gujarati film. She became the first Non-South Indian singer to win “the National Award for a South Indian songs”. She is also the first non-South Indian singer to receive “two Filmfare South Awards in the same year”. Having achieved all “prestigious awards in India”, She got a boost from “Tridev” (Kalyanji Anandji Viju Shah)” in 1989 in which she worked on “Main Teri Mohabbat Mein” and “Gajar Ne Kiya Hai Ishara”.
